Overview of TurboCare Sp. z o.o.

WIBREM TS, an overhaul service enterprise, was founded in October 2003 by   Siemens AG representing 80% shares and PRU WIBREM representing 20% of capital shares.

Considering to Shareholders Agreement basic document between Siemens AG and PRU WIBREM, the new company, WIBREM TS took over all PRU WIBREM activity employees, specialization and technology.

PRU WIBREM was found in 1991 by a group of specialists dealing with turbine overhauls and rotary machinery diagnosis. The enterprise founders have been working in Power Industry for more than 30 years. Long time experience in running overhauls of different turbine types and makes  such as BBC, ABB Zamech, LMZ, Siemens, Alstom, Bergman Borsig, Westinghouse, Skoda, IBFM, Metropolitan Vickers, AEG, Lang, Jugoturbina, allowed creating a group of specialists in this field.

PRU WIBREM performed independently overhaul work in different scope for all types of turbines. General overhauls, intermediate overhauls and routine revisions of turbo- sets were PRU WIBREM basic services. PRU WIBREM shared experience with plant operators when defining machinery condition enabling them to plan overhaul on the basis of real needs.

On 14th February  Managing Board of Wibrem TS change name from

Wibrem Turbomachinery Service Sp. z o.o.
to
TurboCare Sp. z o.o.

The new name was made available by our biggest Partner, the TurboCare Company of the USA, to all hitherto existing member of TC Group.
